1. Look closely at the label printing sample, the handwriting is vague and the address is unknown. It refers to looking at the printed words on the label and insulating outer skin. If there are typos or different printing shades and vague words, attention should be paid to them.
2, twist the insulating skin by hand, fade, fade poor quality. It refers to rubbing the insulating skin with your fingers. Some inferior insulating wire skins are easy to fade, especially red wires. After rubbing, the color of the wire skin left on your fingers or the words printed on the wire skin are usually inferior wires.
3, then use your fingernails to scratch and cut the thread, draw and peel the thread. It refers to the use of fingernails to scratch and pinch the insulating skin. Generally, inferior wires can be scratched and pinched down.
4. Bend the insulated wire repeatedly and break it three to four times. Refers to the repeated bending of insulated wires, inferior wire insulation layer is generally poor material, bending 3 to 4 times after the insulation layer will break.
5. Insulate the ignition line with fire and ignite spontaneously from the open fire line. Refers to the ignition of the insulating layer, after leaving the open flame can spontaneous combustion is inferior line.
6, wire core commonly used aluminum and copper, color darkening luster light. It refers to the color of the core line, and the color of the inferior line is dark and has no metallic luster.
7, fine inner diameter and outer diameter, when weighing, see loose skin. It means that if the above 6 methods cannot be determined, the outer diameter and core diameter of insulated wires can also be measured, and the allowable error is 10%. If the measured value exceeds the allowable error, it is basically inferior insulated wires.
